Introduction of Computer and also its function.

Introduction of Computer:

The word computer comes from the Latin word “to compute” which mean to calculate so computer is considered to be a calculating device which can perform arithmetic and logical operating at enormous speed.

Computer is an electronic /  a programmable Electronic machine that can accept data, processes the given data by performing arithmetic [ +, -, x, / ] and Logical [ <, >, =, < > ] operations on the data to produce the desired results.

WHAT IS COMPUTER FUNCTION?

A computer has four functions.

  1.  Inputting (Input):            Inputting is the process of giving data and instruction to the computer.

   2. Processing:                       The working done on the inputting by the computer is called processing.

   3. Outputting (output):        Outputting is the processing of giving the information to the out world.

    4. Storage:                           Storage is the area where data can be kept on a permanent basis when it is not immediately needed for processing. or The instruction and data store in the computer.
